1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, submitting an application or making a payment to SA Mobility, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and all related legal documents.

SA Mobility is a trading style of GONO GROUP (PTY) LTD (Reg No 2016/527000/07), powered by Pure Leadership. We provide motor industry training, skills transfer, mentorship and career-readiness services.
3. Services
- Structured motor industry training across defined modules.
- Mentorship, career-readiness and personal-branding support.
- Digital course access, learning materials and student communications.
4. Applications & enrollment
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Enrollment is confirmed only once payment has been verified and SA Mobility has communicated approval in writing (including by WhatsApp or email).
5. Fees & payment
- The training programme fee is R4,999.99 once-off, VAT inclusive, per person.
- Accepted payment methods include iKhokha (card), PayShap, EFT and ATM deposit.
- All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
- SA Mobility may revise pricing for future intakes; existing learners are not affected.
6. Student conduct
- Treat instructors, mentors, peers and partner staff with respect at all times.
- Attend sessions punctually and observe all safety and dealership protocols.
- Do not share, resell or redistribute course materials, recordings or login credentials.
- SA Mobility reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for serious or repeated misconduct, without refund.
7. Digital course access
Where digital materials are provided, access is personal, non-transferable and limited to the duration of your enrollment. Reverse-engineering, scraping, automated downloads and unauthorised distribution are prohibited.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website and within our courses — including text, logos, graphics, video, audio and software — is owned by or licensed to GONO GROUP (PTY) LTD and is protected by South African and international copyright and trademark laws. No part of it may be reproduced without prior written consent.
9. Trademarks of third parties
Vehicle manufacturer names, logos and brand assets are referenced for educational and industry-familiarity purposes only. SA Mobility does not claim official endorsement, partnership, dealership or franchise status with any third party unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Training is provided on an "as is" basis. Completion of training does not guarantee employment, income, dealership placement or any specific career outcome. Outcomes depend on the learner's effort, market conditions and third-party employer decisions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, GONO GROUP (PTY) LTD's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Magistrates' Courts of South Africa.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
