SA Mobility provides motor industry training, mentorship and skills transfer. We do not operate as an employment agency, recruitment service or labour broker.
2. No guarantee of employment
- Successful completion of any SA Mobility programme does not guarantee employment, internship or placement at any dealership or motor business.
- Hiring decisions are made independently by employers based on their own criteria.
- Earnings, commission and career progression depend on the learner's effort, market conditions and employer policies.
3. Use of dealership and brand names
Any reference to dealerships, OEMs or brands during training or in our marketing material is for educational and industry-familiarity purposes only and does not represent endorsement, partnership or hiring intent by those parties.
4. Career support
Where we provide CV preparation, interview practice or referrals, this is offered as part of mentorship and is not a contractual obligation to secure work.

Your relationship with any future employer is governed by the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997, the Labour Relations Act, 1995 and other applicable South African labour legislation, not by your training agreement with SA Mobility.
