1. Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed once the Student has paid the programme fee and has been accepted by SA Mobility's admissions team. The Student commits to participate in the programme to the best of their ability.
2. Programme
- SA Mobility Motor Industry Training Programme — twelve structured modules.
- Practical skills, industry exposure, customer handling and career-readiness mentorship.
- Programme fee: R4,999.99 once-off (VAT inclusive).
3. Student responsibilities
- Attend all scheduled sessions punctually.
- Engage respectfully with instructors, mentors, peers and dealership partners.
- Comply with safety protocols at all training venues and partner sites.
- Submit any required assessments or activities by the stated deadlines.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any dealership or customer information encountered during training.
4. SA Mobility responsibilities
- Deliver training in a professional and structured manner.
- Provide qualified instructors and mentors.
- Issue a certificate of competence upon successful completion.
- Communicate clearly about schedules, changes and important updates.
5. Code of conduct
Harassment, discrimination, dishonesty, intoxication, theft, violence or any conduct that brings SA Mobility, Pure Leadership or partner dealerships into disrepute will result in immediate termination without refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
6. Intellectual property & materials
All training materials are licensed to the Student for personal study only. Copying, sharing, reselling or publishing the materials, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
7. Certification
Certification is awarded only upon meeting attendance and assessment requirements. Certification confirms training completion and does not in itself constitute employment, dealer accreditation or professional licensing.
8. Termination & deferral
SA Mobility may terminate this agreement for serious breach. The Student may request deferral to a future intake in writing; deferral is granted at SA Mobility's discretion subject to capacity.
