1. Cooling-off period (online sales)
In accordance with section 44 of ECTA, where you purchase our training as an electronic transaction, you may cancel within seven (7) calendar days of payment without reason and receive a refund of fees paid, less any reasonable costs already incurred for materials issued or sessions attended.
2. After training has commenced
- Once training has begun and you have accessed any course materials, recordings or live sessions, fees are non-refundable.
- If exceptional circumstances prevent you from continuing (e.g. medical emergency with documentation), SA Mobility may, at its sole discretion, defer your enrollment to a future intake instead of issuing a refund.
3. Cancellations by SA Mobility
If SA Mobility cancels a training programme outright, you will receive either a full refund of fees paid or the option to transfer to the next available intake at no extra cost.
4. Failed or duplicate payments
Duplicate payments and overpayments will be refunded in full to the original payment method, less any third-party transaction fees that cannot be reversed.

Should we be unable to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may approach the National Consumer Commission or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud. This does not affect any other rights you have under South African law.
