- Vehicle and dealership information should be verified with the relevant manufacturer or dealer.
3. Accuracy & limitations
AI may "hallucinate" — generate plausible but incorrect information. SA Mobility makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of AI-generated output.
4. Personal information
Avoid sharing sensitive personal information (such as ID numbers, bank details or passwords) with AI assistants. Where personal information is processed, it is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and POPIA.
5. Human oversight
Important decisions about your application, payment, enrollment, certification or employment readiness are reviewed and approved by humans, not made solely by an AI system.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SA Mobility and GONO GROUP (PTY) LTD are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
